MALPLAST SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ has received funding from the European Union to implement the project entitled “Implementation of the Circular Economy (GOZ) business model transformation for the MALPLAST company”.

The planned activities within the project implementation include:

  1. Purchase of two optical sorters with a polymer module and AI, along with balers for the sorted waste,
  2. Purchase of training services in the area of the circular economy (GOZ),
  3. Purchase of a washing line with a dust extraction system,
  4. Purchase of two electric forklifts,
  5. Purchase of a photovoltaic installation,
  6. Purchase of software for managing the production of regrinds and regranulates and for recording packaging and products, including employee work-time records,
  7. Promotional activities.

The project is primarily intended for MALPLAST SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ; both the company and cooperating entities will benefit from it.

Implementation of the above activities will enable MALPLAST SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ to achieve measurable goals defined in the GOZ transformation model, bringing the company closer to climate neutrality. The introduction of innovations will bring numerous benefits both for the environment and for the company’s economic efficiency.

  • Automation of the raw material sorting process: increase in raw material purity; increase in the share of recycled waste
  • Optimization of the raw material washing process: reduction of microplastic emissions within the company
  • Electrification of internal transport: reduction in the use of gas and diesel fuel.

P.H.P.U. “BURDA BRAND” KONRAD RYMARCZYK has received funding from the European Union to implement the project entitled “Development of a Circular Economy (GOZ) transformation business model and a concept for its implementation in a company engaged in plastics recycling – Malplast Konrad Rymarczyk”.

 

The project is primarily intended for the company 1. MAL-PLAST KONRAD RYMARCZYK 2. P.H.U. KONRAD RYMARCZYK 3. P.H.P.U. “BURDA BRAND” KONRAD RYMARCZYK; both the company and cooperating entities will benefit from it.

The main objective of the project is to develop a comprehensive strategy for implementing the GOZ transformation business model in the company.

As part of the project, activities (a company audit and advisory services) will be carried out, within which possible directions for the transformation of the company 1. MAL-PLAST KONRAD RYMARCZYK 2. P.H.U. KONRAD RYMARCZYK 3. P.H.P.U. “BURDA BRAND” KONRAD RYMARCZYK will be identified, and potential opportunities for cooperation with other companies within the GOZ framework will be defined.
