Laboratory testing parameters that support product quality

In our Laboratory we work with the customer’s confidence in mind, so we focus on measurements that reveal the true character of a material and help predict its behavior during further processing. Every test has its purpose, and together they allow us to create a product that delivers satisfaction and stability in use. Already at the stage of routine analyses we make sure that both raw material and finished granulate meet technical and visual requirements. Thanks to this approach our partners know they receive a material they can rely on.

Physical property testing of plastics for precise quality control

At present our Laboratory performs analyses that form the foundation for evaluating material performance. We measure density and moisture, since both values can significantly influence how the polymer behaves during processing. We also examine the percentage content of polypropylene and other plastics, which allows us to assess the uniformity of the blend and its application potential. In addition, we determine the MFI and MFR indices, as they reveal the flow properties of the material and its stability during forming.

All raw materials and final products undergo visual evaluation, because appearance and material behavior often communicate more than numbers. We observe flame color, the scent released during burning, and the way a specific polymer combusts. Differences between materials become visible quickly, making this method a fast and helpful verification tool.

Expanding laboratory services as an investment in development

We are working on expanding our testing capabilities with additional mechanical assessments. Our goal is to enable clients to access a full set of analyses in one place. Soon we plan to introduce testing of impact strength, tensile strength, and tensile modulus. These parameters describe how a material behaves under actual loads and are valuable in designing products that require mechanical durability.

Until these capabilities are fully implemented, we cooperate with experienced external partners who have been providing these services for many years. This ensures we deliver results quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of control over the entire process.
